Please help us to help you. We want to carry the products you want, provide you with fast, friendly service.   Please refer to our policies below. Thank you for your cooperation.

MINIMUM ORDER:
$10 (US)

PAYMENTS:
We accept Silver, Master Charge, VISA and American Express. Our order site is SECURE and you do not have to worry about your credit card numbers winding up in the wrong hands.  For credit card orders we use 2Checkout® also will accept orders with PayPal and Google. 

SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS first class mail, priority mail and Fedex.  Each order is custom made for you we are typically shipping your order in 2-10 days.  We are working hard to ONLY use American made garments due to the limited number of suppliers we occasionally experience shortages and or delays.  Shipping and Handling charges will be a Flat Rate of $6.95 per order for US orders. International rates vary. 

RUSH ORDERS:
We will ship your Rush order within 1-3 biasness days via USPS Priority Mail insurance is optional.  (3-Day Delivery).  Rush Orders will be charged an additional $10.00 special handling fee.  During the long thanksgiving holiday many shippers and suppliers are closed creating delays beyond our control we are working as fast as we can to fill your order.  Don't worry the scanners are not going away any time soon 600 more to be installed this year and next, we still recommend to OPT OUT particularly children and expecting mothers. 

PRIVACY:

We are in the protective garment business and indirectly in the privacy business, like many of our great customers are concerned about privacy.  We go to lengths to protect your privacy and your information.  We care about our customers! That is why we never sell or give any customer information to anyone. Our site uses an order and registration form so that you may request information, products and services. We use this information for your personal order processing only. We do not sell or rent your financial or personal information to anyone.  

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
Our products are personal in nature, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.   That being said, if you order the wrong size we will send you a replacement just for the cost of postage, if you abuse our generous policy we will flag your account.  Regarding sizes refer to the size chart in the detailed image tab associated with each product.  If you receive damaged merchandise, you will need to make a damage claim with the carrier. In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that does not match your order, you must e-mail us within 24 hours of shipment arrival. We will resolve this problem for you as quickly as possible.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
RockyFlatsGear.com has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. The displayed colors of our products, however, may depend upon the monitor of the user. We cannot guarantee the users’ monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products.

Our garments are machine washable and made for every day use, hand washing will extend the garment life.  If bleach is required we recommend a non-bleach whitener it is easier on the garment and environment.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars.

LIABILITY:

Due to the nature of radiation and how it interacts with matter, this product cannot (nor can any other product/device) stop or absorb 100% of all radiation. For example, high energy x-ray/gamma/cosmic and neutron radiation can pass undiminished through many feet of concrete. Oddly and fortunately, this type of radiation is less dangerous as it has limited interaction with matter.

If you work as a airline flight crew, with electron beam welding equipment, nuclear power, food irradiation, industrial/medical/security imaging or similar high radiation environments, you may have already have been issued protective gear and or dosimeter. If you feel you work or live in a high radiation environment, consult your safety officer and or seek out a radiation safety professional. Your health is our concern. Our product should not be used as your primary protection in high radiation environment. It will, however, provide additional shielding when used with your existing protective gear.
